Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Yehtrow lyn.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Yehtrow lyn: I actually started songwriting when in jr high school being the awkward and shy kid i was in met sky McCloud a fellow artist whos more of a brother then anything now he showed me lyrics he had been writing and I instantly becomes obsessed with it then I started writing and recording myself

I'd say the best advice I was ever given was to be myself and never copy anybody and that being unique would get me further then anything ,stay consistent and persistent a no doesn't mean its over because nothing worth having comes overnight

What about concerts? Do you play live?

I don't play live that often do to the lack of venues that are available for my style of music where I live but when I do get a chance to hit the stage it always wonderful and great time relocating is a definite possibility

Best punchline you ever wrote?

Bitch I came to wreck it like Ralph, keep thoughts to yourself, been after the belt from the sound of the bell what's that smell is that bitch in the air must be from you I ain't coming from here

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I just released a new album called the vent it's free to download when you click "buy" just enter zero and you'll get a download link sent to you or you can just listen online this album has something for everybody from relationship problem, feel hopeless and frustrated to songs that are just meant to vibe out

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I absolutely would sign with a major label but it would depend on the terms of the contract while a major label may have a big budget to push you music but as we all hear time and time again is artist get no control over the music that's made or anything for that matter..but if there's a label willing to let me have more freedom I'd sign
