Featured artist: Lo - From Lancaster to Pittsburgh, Lo explains his deepest spiritual journey

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Lo.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Lo: I've had a neglected childhood in a sense. My family tried making me believe I had mental health issues. In order to deal with the controlling nature of my childhood I got into drugs. In 2013 I overdosed and came back. Since then I've been a "different" person to say the least

"Everyone is a cop" -Sean MacKenzie
Which in my eyes means never to do wrong cus eyes are everywhere. Be true to yourself even when no one is looking

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Not yet but I'll be working on it after I finish my freshman album "Templar Hearted"

Best punchline you ever wrote?

"The truth is Ima messager from Heaven bruh, I've been renewed to speak the Shepherd's flock" (my last name from birth is Shepherd)

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I just released an EP called "Dying to Shine" which has 4 tracks on it. I have a couple songs on YouTube, one called "$!xXx (Go Dark) and another called "Life After Death". I just finished creating the instrumentals to my freshman album "Templar Hearted" and been writing it

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes I would but probably not a 360 deal. I've heard to many horror stories. I've done my research so I'm kind of undecided honestly

Any last words?

I moved around a lot in Pennsylvania so I'm really an around state dude. I was born and raised in Lancaster, Pa/ I've lived in State College, Harrisburg and Wilkes Barre also so I wanna shout all them out. Definitely wanna shout out my girlfriend for helping me make this happen. She's my rock
