Featured artist: Dre Williams - Music Phenomenon

Below is a short interview with the upcoming underground artist Dre Williams.

How did you decide to become an artist?

Dre Williams: I started noticing my surroundings and how they were affecting me so I began to vent on paper about experiences and other people experiences from different perspectives.

The Best Advice I was given as an artist was that talent is GOD given and fame was man driven meaning you only can reach fame if you want to reach to reach it.

- Dre Williams

What about concerts? Do you play live?

Yes I play live. I actually kick off my #DONTTRIFLINTOUR on July 2nd in Atlanta, GA. For more information on dates and times visit

Best punchline you ever wrote?

”Alot women look for wealth sexing rich dudes, Alot dudes playing rich but got bills due”
- Dre Williams

What are you currently working on? Did you release something in the past?

I’m currently writing R&B songs and Gospel songs since I’m a songwriter. Also everyone should be expecting a project in the fall.

Last but not least: Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I’m not looking to sign a contract at the moment, I love the freedom of putting out what I love and doing what I want.

Any last words?

Special thanks to Shaherra Rolen with Pynk Tye Consulting for Managing me. Special Thanks to FNBG for being such a great street team and movement! Special thanks to my family for supporting me and number one thanks to GOD for being here with me throughout this journey.

Where can we contact you?
